Ronan’s Echo was launched at a large gathering on 26 March, at William Forster Chambers in Darwin, where I’ve been the “writer in residence” for the best part of two years. It was a fantastic evening, with Jeff Reeves, PanMacmillan’s state manager for WA, SA and NT reading out a lovely message from my publisher Cate Paterson, followed by a wonderfully dramatic reading of several passages in the book by Head of Chambers. Alistair Wyvill QC.
Seventy books sold on the night is a brilliant start!
How can we get your books in America in print ?
Ayilla, I think you could try emailing Macmillan USA at customerservice@mpsvirginia.com
Their website is http://us.macmillan.com/
If they can’t help, you can order it on line through my local book shop in Australia: email anna@bookshopdarwin.com.au and she can arrange a signed copy for you.
And there’s also Bookworld online retailer:
Hope you find one – let me know how you go!
Best wishes,
Jo
Have just finished listening to your life story on Belinda books. What a great woman . Do hope life bring you all your wishes and those two boys continue to make you proud. So sorry to read of your daughter’s death. After listening to your story I felt very attached to you all. ….a sign of a good writer. Live on a farm in Victoria’s north West, where we have dust storms etc but a breeze after what you put up with. Thanks for putting pen to paper and giving us such a great book. All the best

Hi Claire, thanks for taking the time to let me know you enjoyed Outback Heart! Your comments are very much appreciated. We drove through the NW of Victoria a few years – would love to go back and spend a bit more time there one day. I love Victoria- it’s got everything from desert to snow country, without an excess of distance mixed in!
Thanks again, best wishes,
Jo
